Bellwether
Bellwether is an election tracker for iPhone: live results, poll averages, campaign finance and an interactive results map. Questions, bug reports and corrections are welcome.

You can also reach us from inside the app: open Settings > Help & Feedback and tap Report a Problem or Suggest a Feature. Both open an email to the same address with your app and device details filled in.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are the results official?
No. Live results and race calls come from civicAPI and are unofficial. Always confirm with your state or local election office.
A result, candidate or rating looks wrong.
Email us with the race name and what you expected to see. We review reports against official sources and correct the data when needed.
Where do the polls come from?
Polls come from The New York Times (approval, House, Senate and governor polling) and VoteHub (CC BY 4.0). Averages exclude partisan-sponsored polls by default. Campaign finance and outside spending come from the FEC and cover federal House and Senate races only.
I am not receiving notifications.
Check that notifications are allowed for Bellwether in iOS Settings, and that you follow the race in the app. Alerts only arrive for races you follow or the alert types you turned on.
How do I delete my data?
Bellwether has no accounts. Unfollowing all races clears your subscription settings from our servers, and deleting the app removes everything stored on your device. For anything else, see the Privacy Policy or email us.
